How to get to Waltershausen
via Autobahn (motorway):
Take exit 41a (Waltershausen), drive into Waltershausen. At the
signal crossing turn left (toward Gotha); directly after the railroad
underpass turn right into the Fabrikstrasse.
State streets:
B7: (Eisenach-Gotha): in Mechterstädt or Teutleben
drive toward Laucha (and over the motorway approach) toward Waltershausen.
Continue as above.
B88: (Eisenach-Ilmenau): between Schwarzhausen and Tabarz drive
toward the Autobahn. Opposite the village of Langenhain at the signal
crossing turn off towards Waltershausen. Continue straight through the
town, driving straight at the signal crossing; immediately after the
railroad underpass turn right into the Fabrikstrasse.
By train or public transport:
The railroad station in Waltershausen is right near our firm.
Since Waltershausen lies on a branch line, one must change trains in
Fröttstätt. It is best to plan the trip online under
“Deutsche Bahn”, destination “Waltershausen Bahnhof” (main station).
One other way of getting to our shop is with the
“Thüringer Waldbahn” (tramline
4 or 6) from Gotha (or Tabarz). From Tabarz one must change at the
“Waltershausen Gleisdreieck”, but there are good connections there with no
waiting time.
